  • Video call & product selection – By booking a video call slot with India Jhalak, you agree to the following terms & conditions: 
  • Booking your slot: You can book your video call slot directly through our website or by contacting us at 7007034314. 
  • Appointment protocol: Our sales team will provide you with specific date & time for your video call. 
  • Your presence is required at the scheduled time. If you fail to join within half an hour, the slot will be automatically cancelled. 
  • Product selection & payment: All product selection must be made during the call itself. We don’t send pictures. 

    Please note:- Taking screenshots of      the product during the call is prohibited. 

  • Payment: Once your selection is finalized, you will be required to make full payment on the given details. Your order will be dispatched after your full payment only. We deal with bulk buyers 
  • Exchange Policy – At India Jhalak we’re committed to delivering high quality products & a seamless shopping experience. Our policies are designed to be clear & fair to all our customers. 
  • Payment & Ordering: All orders are pre-paid. 
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before the product has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched it cannot be canceled. 
  • Prepaid orders: Orders hold & we operate on 100% pre-paid basis. Your product will be dispatched only after we have received the full payment. 

Mode of Payments – 

​At India Jhalak, we currently accept payment through Google Pay & Direct Bank Transfer. This allows us to ensure a smooth & seamless transaction process for all our customers. 

  1. ​Accepted payment methods:- 
  • ​Google pay: You can make your payment directly through Google Pay. The no will be provided by our team once your order is confirmed. 
  • ​Bank Transfer: You can directly Bank Transfer. Our Bank a/c details will also shared with you with the same procedure. 

​      Please note:- we don’t accept cash payments. 

  1. ​Payment Confirmation: After completing your payment, please ensure to give us proof via Bank statement or screenshots. 
  1. ​Accuracy: Please ensure that you enter the payment details correctly to avoid any delays in your order.
