Exchange policy – 

At India Jhalak we’re committed to delivering high quality products & a seamless shopping experience. Our policies are designed to be clear & fair to all our customers. 

  • Order cancellation:- Orders can only be cancelled before the product has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. 
  • ​Prepaid order and order hold:- we operate on 100% pre-paid basis. Your product will be dispatched only after we have received the full payment 
  • ​Payment. If you require us to hold your parcel for a day, this is possible only if you provide us with Token amt. please note:- This hold cannot be extended beyond one day. 
  •  Exchange conditions:- we do not have return policy we offer exchange only in the event of a human error or a mistake from our part. 
  • ​Eligibility– exchanges are possible only if the product you received is incorrect or has a manufacturing defect caused by our errors. 
  • ​Timeframe:- You must initiate the exchange request within 7 days of receiving your product. 
  •  The unboxing video is mandatory:- To be eligible for an exchange, a complete & uncut Unboxing video is mandatory. This video is your only proof of products condition upon arrival. The video must be a continuous, & unedited recording. It must begin with the package still sealed & clearly show the opening process. The video should capture the product’s condition including any alleged defect or incorrect item. 

​        Please Note:- Video with pauses, cut or edits will not be considered valid proof. 

  • ​Colour & Size disclaimer:- please be aware due to variations in photography, lightning, screen setting & unique nature of our fabrics a minor colour & variation of 1-2% may occur. 
  • ​Shipping & Damaged parcels:- we ship all our products through DTDC Airship. They are responsible for providing you full claim for the damage. 

​    Please Note:-If you receive the tampered or Damaged parcel do not accept it. It completely outlines your specific Rules regarding exchange, payment & shipping you either immediately inform us or you can directly raise a claim to DTDC.
